Job summary

Best Buy is seeking an Advanced Warehouse Clerical Support Administrator for a seasonal role in California. You will ensure order integrity by auditing data, managing client orders, and assisting with shipment and receiving tasks in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

The job requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds, with training on various systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• 2 years of inventory, warehousing or general office experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn new software programs and work with multiple operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, maintain and correct data on computer or handheld device.
• Create work assignments for warehouse personnel.
• Complete distribution center reports and verify products returned to warehouse.
• Process records and prepare reports for control areas of the center.
• Resolve issues related to vendor appointments, shipment quality, damage and 3PL deliveries.
• Manage direct-to-client orders through multiple systems, email and phone.
