Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to lead the design, deployment and optimization of automation across our transportation and warehousing operations. You will specify and integrate robotics, conveyors, sortation, and control systems, and develop PLC and WCS logic.

You will partner with operations, IT and vendors to deliver new sites and retrofits, manage projects from concept through go-live, and drive continuous improvement with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience leading automation design and deployment in logistics.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA or WCS logic is a plus.
• Ability to translate operations needs into automation solutions.
