Job Details

• Shift: Thursday 5am-until complete, Friday 8am-until complete, Saturday-Sunday 5am-until complete
• Pay: $23.25/hr, includes shift differential.
• Eligible for productivity bonus paid out with every paycheck.
• Employment is subject to verification of pre-hire tests, which may include drug screening and background check when permitted by state or local laws.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Receive, pick, and stage customer orders, handle returns, shipping, and manage inventory organization and control.
2. Verify received merchandise against shipment records, inspect for discrepancies and defects.
3. Stock shelves, ensuring materials are in designated areas.
4. Use RF devices to assist in picking or packing stock and other inventory tasks.
5. Assemble customer orders, pull items from shelves, and prepare them for shipment, ensuring accuracy and customer specifications.
6. Enter orders, returns, and related data into the computer system.
7. Inspect returned items and return merchandise to proper shelves.
8. Perform daily inventory counts and research discrepancies.
9. Assist with inventory procedures as needed.
10. Perform tasks related to controlled substances in designated environments.
11. Operate motorized equipment like forklifts and reach trucks to move inventory.
12. Assist in training new associates.
13. Perform related duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; at least 1 year of work experience.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Ability to read and understand English for product and label recognition.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Understanding of DC workflow with minimal guidance.
• Ability to maintain a clean work area and use good judgment.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime and participate in physical inventories.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Certification to operate power equipment may be required.
• Hazmat training certification may be needed.
• Maintain good attendance.
• Ability to train and assist colleagues.
