Job summary

Motion Industries, a leading industrial parts distributor, is seeking a Senior Warehouse Associate to handle shipping and receiving at a branch location. You will determine items to pick from sales orders, pull and verify accuracy, and prepare packages for delivery while ensuring safety and cleanliness of the work area.

You may also assist with customer returns, restock operations, and basic counter sales. Forklift operation and mentoring of junior staff are possible responsibilities in this

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of basic math and reading comprehension.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving activities for a branch location.
• Determine items to pick, check, and ship from sales orders.
• Pull and recheck orders for accuracy against sales orders.
• Prepare items for delivery to customers and secure packages for transport.
• Process customer returns and restock items as needed.
• Maintain organized racks, shelves, and bins per MINO code.
• Report damaged inventory to warehouse supervisor immediately.
• Operate forklift or similar equipment when required.
• Mentor lower level warehouse associates and support team duties.
