Cencora is hiring for a warehouse support role at our US distribution center. The position is full-time with rotating shifts: Sunday 2:30pm until finish and Monday-Thursday 5pm until finish. Base pay starts at $24.66 per hour with potential to reach $31.21 through incentives and bonuses.

You will monitor temperature-sensitive materials, update inventory records, route non-conforming items, and support safe and efficient material movement. Experience welcomed but not required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years in warehouse support or related field.
• CSCP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of temperature-controlled handling and traceability requirements.
• Familiarity with packing, shipping documents, and safety procedures.

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Shift Details: Full-Time | Sun 2:30pm-finish; Monday - Thursday 5pm-finish,

Pay Details: Pay starting at $24.66 with potential for up to $31.21 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.

Education

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

or equivalent certification preferred.

Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.
• Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.
• Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.
• Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.
• Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
• Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.
• Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
