Job Details

$2,000 sign on bonus

Pay: $20/hour

Shift: Tues, Thur, Fri, 6am - complete & Sat 7am - complete

Eligible for productivity bonus paid out with every paycheck.

Employment is subject to verification of pre-hire tests, which may include drug screening and background check when permitted by state or local laws.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Receive, pick, and stage customer orders, handle returns, and manage inventory organization and control.
2. Verify received merchandise against shipment records, inspect for discrepancies and defects.
3. Stock shelves and ensure materials are in designated areas.
4. Use RF devices for inventory tasks as needed.
5. Assemble customer orders, identify quantities and specifications.
6. Enter orders and related data into the system.
7. Inspect and return items to shelves as needed.
8. Complete daily inventory counts and research discrepancies.
9. Assist with inventory procedures.
10. Perform duties in controlled environments if required.
11. Operate forklifts and other equipment as trained.
12. Assist in training new associates.
13. Perform related duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ years of experience.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

1. Ability to read and understand English product labels.
2. Basic math skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
4. Understanding of DC workflow.
5. Maintain a clean work area and use good judgment.
6. Basic computer skills preferred.
7. Willingness to work overtime and participate in physical inventories.
8. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
9. Certification to operate power equipment may be required.
10. Maintain attendance standards.
11. Ability to train and assist colleagues.
