Job Details

• Shift: Monday - Friday, 10 am until complete
• Pay: $22.11/hr
• Employment is subject to verification of pre-hire tests, which may include drug screening and background check when permitted by law

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Receiving, picking, staging customer orders, returns, shipping, and inventory management.
• Verifying received merchandise against shipment records, inspecting for discrepancies and defects.
• Stocking shelves and ensuring materials are in designated areas.
• Using RF devices for inventory tasks.
• Assembling customer orders, identifying quantities and specifications.
• Entering orders and returns into the computer system.
• Inspecting returned items and returning merchandise to shelves.
• Performing daily inventory counts and researching discrepancies.
• Assisting with inventory procedures.
• Performing tasks in controlled environments, including the use of forklifts and other motorized equipment.
• Training new associates as needed.
• Performing related duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with at least 1 year of work experience.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Ability to read and understand English for product descriptions and labels.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Understanding of DC workflow.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance and maintain a clean work environment.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Ability to work overtime and participate in physical inventory.
• Team player with problem-solving skills.
• Certification to operate power equipment and hazmat training may be required.
• Maintain attendance standards and assist in training.
