Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse support associate in Massachusetts to support AmerisourceBergen operations with a standard Monday–Friday shift from 7:00am until finish. Pay starts at $24.66/hr with potential to earn up to $28.23/hr through various incentives, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Responsibilities include verifying transportation/receipts, updating systems, tracking shipments and inventory, and preparing dispatch/documents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse support or distribution operations.
• Knowledge of fleet operations administration and transportation support processes.
• Experience with receiving, storage, order prep, shipment processing, and inventory movement.
• Familiarity with logistics documentation and transaction controls.
• Understanding of warehouse and transportation systems for status updates.
• Ability to handle routine and moderately complex operational activities.
• Ability to identify causes of issues and analyze basic data.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and transaction visibility.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external contacts.
• Support continuous improvement within guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information.
• Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details.
• Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement.
• Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt documentation.
• Reviews routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability.
• Confirms handling, storage, and movement requirements.
