ILS is seeking a Senior Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and maintain accurate shipping documentation. The role involves operating sit-down forklifts, ensuring inventory accuracy, and upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Warehouse responsibilities and dispatch daily work.
• Prepare, review, and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other shipping and receiving documentation.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Schedule freight appointments with carriers, customers, and internal departments via email and phone.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding shipment status, scheduling, and order inquiries.
• Reconcile shipping and receiving documents to verify product quantities, identify discrepancies, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Safely operate sit-down forklifts to load, unload, transport, and stage materials throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Unloading and Loading via Forklift if Required
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and report any damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems or ERP software.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and safe forklift operating procedures.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and other warehouse duties as assigned.
