Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Order Picking (30%): Review orders, pick materials using forklift, assemble in staging lane, verify accuracy.
• Housekeeping (5%): Keep aisles & rack locations clean.
• Forklift Inspections (5%): Pre- and post-shift forklift inspections.
• Mentorship & Training (10%): Train new employees, support associates, ensure safety protocols.
• Order Loading/Unloading (30%): Assist with loading/unloading trucks, receive deliveries, manage discrepancies.
• Put Aways (5%): Move products to correct locations, update inventory.
• Inventory Audit (5%): Assist with inventory counts, investigate discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic math skills for inventory counts

• 4+ years warehouse experience

Education and Experience:
