Job summary

Ferguson Integrated Supply is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a site in Dover, NJ. You will monitor, stock, and transport supplies, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory records while adhering to PPE and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have experience in manufacturing and inventory operations, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to organize and prioritize work. Lifting 25+ lbs is required, with a strong commitment to compliance and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing and inventory operations preferred.
• Previous industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Commitment to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Ability to lift objects weighing more than 25 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, order, stock, and transport supplies and/or equipment for the organization.
• Ensure timely delivery of stock/inventory as needed.
• Maintain storeroom inventory levels and timely removal of expired products.
• Investigate and troubleshoot inventory issues/problems.
• Maintain accurate tracking records for inventory.
• Ensure stock expiration is minimized with adherence to stock rotation guidelines.
• Engage customers on a regular basis to ensure outstanding service which requires a professional presence to effectively interact with clinicians, administrators, colleagues, and vendors.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range

$20.02 - $30.03

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
