Job summary

Schneider in Carlsbad, NM seeks a Senior Warehouse Associate to unload and load freight and manage inventory. You will operate a range of warehouse equipment in a fast-paced facility and ensure safety and accuracy.

This full-time role offers a first shift schedule (Sun-Tue and every other Wed, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.), competitive benefits, and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 1 year of warehousing experience.
• Experience operating high-capacity equipment.
• Valid driver's license and meet DMV standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, telehandlers and lift trucks to perform different tasks throughout the warehouse.
• Use a variety of warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and turrets, to safely load and unload freight.
• Check, sort, label and scan freight.
• Properly scan and put away inventory.
• Perform quality checks, product inspections and material assembly.

Job Overview

• Unload and load freight that arrives to and departs from the warehouse as a Senior Warehouse Associate in Carlsbad, NM.
