Senior Warehouse Associate - Full-Time

The Feed is the leading destination for active nutrition, providing athletes with the widest selection of sports nutrition, supplements, and healthy snacks available. We combine science, real-world experience, and trusted guidance from athletes to help customers find the right nutrition for their goals. Through our e-commerce platform, customers can learn about nutrition and build personalized one-time or subscription orders.

We're looking for a Senior Warehouse Associate to join our team and play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Senior Warehouse Associate is focused on the overall planning, execution and performance of their assigned area in the warehouse with either an emphasis on Inbound Receiving or Outbound Fulfillment.

Primary Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Warehouse Associate - 90%

• Executefulfillment expectations based on the current operating structure
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse
• Accurately manage inventory and ensure organization of the warehouse
• Assist in receiving and putting away all incoming inventory

Supervisory responsibilities - 10%

• Responsible for ensuring assigned Warehouse Associates complete their job duties efficiently and in a timely manner
• Delegate tasks and keep Warehouse Associates on track, including assigning projects and reinforcing performance expectations
• Trainnew staff on current order fulfillment procedures andsetexpectations for theproper completion of warehouse tasks

Schedule:

• Sunday-Thursday - 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• Sunday - Wednesday - 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Essential Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow and delegate instructions and procedures
• Comfortable with giving constructive feedback
• 1+ years of warehouse experience; prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
