Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a skilled professional to advance application development and maintenance for warehouse management systems. You will drive large-scale implementations, optimize warehouse processes, and ensure system reliability through SDLC and Agile practices.

The role requires deep knowledge of WMS environments (MAWM preferred), strong communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust IT solutions that support healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in a related field is preferred.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience configuring, testing, and implementing changes to WMS applications.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience with full lifecycle, large-scale implementations using SDLC and Agile.
• Configure/test/implement changes to WMS applications to improve warehouse processes.
• Troubleshoot application malfunctions and user issues; resolve or escalate effectively.
• Document systems, events, and configuration decisions clearly.
• Basic knowledge/understanding of Labor Management concepts.
• Knowledge of RF systems and warehouse equipment (handhelds, printers, access points).
• Experience with test automation frameworks and automated regression approaches.
• Monitor, alert, and analyze data for WMS stability; MAWM experience preferred.
• Lead or support build/configuration efforts in warehouse processes.
• Understand logistics and supply chain business processes.
