JOB SUMMARY

The Sr Warehouse ADC Clerk is responsible for directing the daily activities for a specified area (team/group) of warehouse operations, including labor scheduling, supervision, and the proper proceeding of warehouse procedures. Key responsibility is to ensure support is provided to the Supervisor through completing warehouse work procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the necessary handling procedures (both physical and written) are followed accordingly, when applicable, documented in client-level Quality Agreements, Service Level Agreements, and SOPs
  • Verify and receive materials into inventory. Marks and inventories packages for storage or transit. May also include palletizing and shrink-wrap.
  • Accurate and timely filing of company and facility documents as required
  • Operate Material Handling Equipment safely to pull, pick, put away and load/unload product
  • Ensure associates are executing tasks safely
  • Work collaboratively with Supervisor to develop positive working relationships and run operations
  • Assess workflow and plan and schedule shift based on workload
  • Report shortages and follow up to locate items or incomplete orders
  • Take physical inventories as directed
  • Assume the responsibilities of a supervisor, when necessary.
  • Instances of service standards not being met are addressed appropriately and immediately
  • KPI’s set and staff fully informed of requirements to meet KPIs
  • Elevate potential situations to the next level of supervision when required.
  • Identify and correct mistakes/inconsistencies when receiving/completing paperwork.
  • Performs other duties as required.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • At least (3) years of experience in a high-volume operation

  • The noise level in the work environment is varies based on the locations or activities proximate to which can range from low to high.

  • General lighting is generally provided via florescent lighting indoors, and natural lighting outdoors, and low light conditions consistent with outdoor and/or night working environment.
  • During off site travel events the employee may be exposed to higher noise levels requiring the use of hearing protection, with moderate potential exposure to moderate dust, chemicals, fumes, and odors, as well as cryogenic and cleaning agents.
  • During off site travel events the employee may be required to ride in company delivery vehicles and accompany employees on deliveries and enter patient homes.
  • May be required to receive vaccinations and participate in medical assessments and testing consistent with the work environment or patients exposed to.
  • Will be required to wear various personal protective equipment consistent with the hazards encountered in this role.
  • Will be required to use hand tools for assembly and repair, material handling equipment, cutting, carrying devices, cleanup kits, or equipment.
  • May be required to work with cryogenic fluids requiring special precautions and PPE.
