Job summary

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is seeking an experienced Vulnerability Management Analyst to identify and remediate security weaknesses across our enterprise. You will work with EBTS to develop scanning strategies, validate results, and prioritize remediation based on risk and business impact.

The role requires 5+ years in information security, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to present findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of Information Security experience.
• At least three (3) years focused on vulnerability identification, assessment, and remediation.
• Experience supporting security audits, regulatory compliance reviews, and risk management programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement vulnerability scanning strategies.
• Conduct internal and external vulnerability assessments and validate results.
• Prioritize assets based on criticality and risk; develop remediation plans.
• Track remediation activities and report progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with teams to investigate and resolve findings.
• Create executive dashboards and metrics for governance reviews.
