New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Vulnerability Management & SOAR Engineer to lead the enterprise vulnerability program across on-prem, cloud, and containerized environments.

You will drive remediation, risk reduction, and security automation, partnering with Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, and Security Operations teams. The role blends hands-on vulnerability operations with strategic leadership, requiring strong program ownership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Vulnerability Management, Security Operations, or related security disciplines.
• 3+ years of directly managing or owning enterprise vulnerability management programs in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
• Experience administering enterprise vulnerability management platforms such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature the enterprise Vulnerability Management Program across on-prem, cloud, containerized, endpoint, and app environments.
• Lead remediation efforts to meet SLAs and affect risk reduction.
• Develop and maintain vulnerability management policies, standards, runbooks, and reporting frameworks.
• Create executive and operational metrics for risk reduction, remediation, and MTTR.
• Support audits and compliance activities with documentation and evidence.
