Job summary

VulnCheck, The Exploit Intelligence Company, is seeking a Senior Vulnerability Researcher for its Initial Access Intelligence group. You will drive original vulnerability research, reverse engineer firmware, and develop weaponized exploits across various OSes and devices.

The role is 100% remote based in the United States and offers opportunities to publish and influence industry standards while collaborating with top domain experts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time vulnerability research, including firmware and network protocols
• Experience targeting networking device firmware, embedded Linux/RTOS systems
• Experience with agentic approaches to vulnerability discovery and exploit development
• Ability to acquire, unpack, and analyze target firmware and appliances
• Familiarity with embedded architectures (MIPS, ARM) and firmware unpacking tools

Responsibilities

• Conduct vulnerability research to identify net-new vulnerabilities across OS, platforms, and devices
• Reverse engineer firmware and software
• Author original exploits, network rules, and artifacts for new vulnerability finds
• Apply and expand agentic approaches to scale vulnerability discovery and exploit development
