Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise vulnerability/ exposure programs.
• Ability to analyze exploitability, threat activity and business risk.
• Hands-on security leadership with cross-functional influence.
• Familiarity with vulnerability platforms and incident response concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature the vulnerability management lifecycle across endpoints, servers, networks, cloud, apps, containers and more.
• Validate vulnerabilities and determine real-world exploitability beyond scanner severity.
• Build attack stories linking findings to threat actors, attack paths and business impact.
• Partner with owners to drive remediation and closure.
• Improve asset visibility, coverage, data quality, and processes.
• Mature exposure-management including internal/external attack surface analysis.
• Evaluate recommendations from Defender and determine actionability.
• Support risk-based prioritization, risk acceptance and compensating controls.
• Monitor emerging vulnerabilities, threat intel and evolving AI security risks.
• Provide triage and escalate when deeper investigation is needed.
• Clearly communicate risk to technical teams and senior leadership.
