Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Vulnerability Management Engineer to mature and execute the Vulnerability Management program across the enterprise and its subsidiaries. You will manage vulnerability scanning tools and collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams, as well as third-party vendors, to ensure vulnerabilities are effectively remediated.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in information security and vulnerability management, with hands-on experience across cloud

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical experience in information security within a large enterprise
• 5+ years of vulnerability management experience with vulnerability management tools (e.g. Qualys, InsightVM/Rapid7, Wiz, Nessus)

Responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability management governance across enterprise systems.
• Manage vulnerability scanning tools and coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, engineering and application teams.
• Define and drive processes, policies, and procedures to govern remediation and track open vulnerabilities to resolution.
• Develop KPIs and metrics for vulnerability management and reporting.
