PE Systems, Inc. has a great opportunity for a Senior VTC Coordinator supporting the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Program at Hanscom AFB, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics management and will be skilled in planning, coordinating, and executing necessary logistical operations.

General Function
- Knowledge of VTC systems and how to operate, or interest in learning.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Teams.
- Must have strong customer service experience and communication skills and be able to interact professionally with end users.
- Monitor equipment to ensure all equipment is upgraded to the latest version and ensure all Unified Communications (UC) equipment complies with applicable regulations, including DISA STIGS and TEMPEST.
- Assist with the maintenance of the COMSEC inventory for AFNWC/NC and related documentation.
- Potentially serve as alternate Telephone Control Officer (TCO) to assist with Voice over Internet Protocol phones (vIPers).
- Assist with Unified Communications tasks, including the operation and maintenance of all phones and VTCs.
- Must have a self-starter attitude.
- Experience with common VTC codecs such as Polycom and Cisco.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Meet the Basic level qualification requirements for Technical Support Specialist (411) as outlined in DoD Cyber Workforce Framework - DoDI 8140.01, DoDI 8140.02, and DoDM 8140.03.
- Perform related tasks as a Technical Support Specialist (411) and meet KSAs outlined in the framework.
- Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with co-workers and customers.
- Follow policies and procedures as per corporate manuals and directives.
Working Conditions
- Some travel may be required.
- Work is indoors, with potential risks related to electronics safety and health hazards.
Qualifications
- MA Degree with over 10 years of related experience, or BA Degree with over 15 years of related experience.
- Must possess and maintain a Top Secret-SCI government security clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to travel to various facility sites, with valid driver’s license and proof of insurance if using own vehicle.
