Job summary

Hamilton Lane is seeking a Vice President, Technology Solutions Sales in Conshohocken, PA to lead revenue growth for the TS team. You will own a territory, drive multi-million dollar quotas, and build executive relationships with LPs and GPs.

You’ll demonstrate the tech solution, align product capabilities with client needs, and collaborate across Legal, Product, Marketing, and Client Services to close complex SaaS deals in private markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience in FinTech or private markets.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Finance.
• Proven record closing complex enterprise deals.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead quota-driven sales across allocated territory.
• Deliver product demonstrations onsite and virtual.
• Develop strategic account plans and engage C-level prospects.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, and Product teams.
