Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a highly skilled cash flow analytics professional to develop and refine models for structured finance transactions using Intex Dealmaker and Python. You will translate complex waterfall mechanics into accurate cash flow logic and support a global analytics team.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience across ABS, CMBS, RMBS or structured credit, with strong Python and version-control skills.

Qualifications

• Experience building and analyzing cash flow models for structured finance transactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and run cash flow models for structured finance transactions using Intex Dealmaker, Python and other platforms.
• Interpret transaction documents and translate waterfall mechanics into cash flow logic.
• Model bespoke and complex new-issue, amendment and surveillance transactions.
• Perform cash flow tie-outs and reconcile assumptions with methodologies.
• Support development and enhancement of the Python-based cash flow platform.
