Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Regulatory Capital Risk Analyst (SVP) in Mumbai to shape how capital resilience is assessed for international legal entities. You will lead independent review and challenge of ICAAPs and Local Recovery Plans across Asia North and South, driving governance and quality standards in the regulatory capital review function.

You will coordinate planning and reporting, manage issue tracking, and partner with regional CFO, Risk, Treasury and Capital Management teams to

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in regulatory capital, ICAAP or related fields.
• Knowledge of Basel regulatory capital frameworks and ICAAP requirements.
• Experience with governance, controls, issue tracking, and regulatory engagement processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across a global organization.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICAAP and Local Recovery Plans reviews across Asia North and South.
• Evaluate ICAAP components: risk identification, capital planning, stress testing and recovery planning linkages.
• Present review conclusions to senior management and track remediation.
• Own governance framework for regulatory capital review.
• Coordinate planning across a global regulatory capital review portfolio.
• Manage issue tracking, follow-ups and reporting to support escalation.
• Partner with regional leads for regulatory examinations and audits.
• Build relationships with CFO, Risk, Treasury, and Capital Management teams.
