VRS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Leader to oversee QA and QC staff for a growing pharmaceutical and dietary supplement manufacturer. The role includes responsibility for Quality Assurance, Quality Control/Analytical Development, and cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Innovation teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years leading large QA/QC teams, with FDA/GMP regulatory experience and a technical degree.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large teams with QA/QC oversight.
• Pharmaceutical or dietary supplement manufacturing experience.
• FDA and GMP regulatory experience required.
• BSc in a technical field.

Responsabilités

• Lead QA and QC operations across multiple manufacturing shifts.
• Oversee regulatory and third-party audits (planned and unplanned).
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA regulations, and internal quality systems.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Production, Regulatory, and Innovation teams.
• Manage interactions with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and FDA inspectors.
• Drive continuous improvement across the Quality organization.
