Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in design or product development in home products & gifting.
• Experience managing a team.
• Experience working with overseas factories for development.
• Trained eye for product and trend and differentiators for styles, materials, and substitutions.
• Ability to work with planograms and create assortments.

Responsibilities

• Translate and operationalize product strategy with Creative team.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across formats, materials, themes, and storytelling.
• Drive format innovation aligned with trends and customer needs.
• Guide category and assortment analyses 2–3 times per year.
• Shaping buyer presentations aligned with retailer needs and trends.
