• Own the integrated asset strategy, development plan, and TPP from IND through proof of concept.
• Lead the cross-functional Program Team with clear accountability for milestones and delivery.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risk, and external partnerships to de-risk the asset.
• Represent the asset to BlueRock and Bayer stakeholders, health authorities, and investigators.
