Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Executive Director, Neurodegeneration Strategy and Commercial Development to lead global strategy for a rapidly expanding portfolio, including Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. You will define integrated strategies, manage a diverse pipeline, and own Market Development to build presence in these areas.

This role requires 12+ years of industry experience, strong leadership, deep commercial acumen, and ability to collaborate across functions to drive launch

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive industry experience with success across products from pipeline to launch to in-market
• Understanding of global/country market dynamics and regulatory pathways in pharma
• Proven leadership and ability to mobilize matrix teams across functions

Responsibilities

• Leads worldwide brand planning and long-range forecasting across the neurodegeneration pipeline
• Owns Neurodegeneration Market Development including biomarker and diagnosis strategy
• Sets strategic direction for neurodegeneration and aligns day-to-day execution with franchise strategy
• Translates clinical and scientific evidence into brand strategy to maximize patient opportunities
• Partners with key stakeholders to reinforce commitment to neurodegeneration and build presence
• Ensures optimized access and uptake at launch through pricing and market access strategies
• Builds deep understanding of local market dynamics and growth opportunities
• Guides products through key stage gates and communicates with Executive Management
• Develops long-range plan for neurodegeneration and cross-functional alignment
• Influences stakeholders to establish BMS presence in new neurodegeneration areas
