Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta seeks an accomplished executive to lead the system-wide Neonatal and Fetal Services strategy and execution. You will align clinical priorities with organizational goals, overseeing annual and multi-year operational plans across multiple sites and partnering with physician leadership to advance quality, safety, access, and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in healthcare management/administration.
• Experience leading multi-site strategic initiatives and complex programs.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, P&L, forecasting, and ROI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provides system-wide leadership for Neonatal/Fetal services.
• Develops and executes strategic, annual, and multi-year operational plans.
• Leads partnerships with internal and external entities to optimize performance and growth.
• Oversees budgeting, capital planning, and performance metrics for Neonatal/Fetal Services.
• Drives high-quality, safe, family-centered care across the continuum.
