Job summary

EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking a Senior Vice President, Medical to lead strategic medical initiatives, mentor a team of medical directors and writers, and ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance across promotional materials and campaigns.

As the primary medical liaison to clients, you will translate medical insights into compelling strategy, present results to stakeholders, collaborate with creative and strategy teams, and foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 10+ years in agency or pharma industry.
• Extensive experience in medical affairs or medical education.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of medical regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement medical strategies that align with client goals and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of medical directors, writers, and other medical professionals.
• Ensure the scientific accuracy and integrity of all medical content produced by the agency.
• Serve as the primary medical liaison for clients, providing expert advice and insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee the development of medical content for promotional materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated on the latest medical research, treatments, and regulatory changes.
• Provide medical and scientific guidance during the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Review and approve all medical content to ensure it meets high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Work closely with creative, account, and strategy teams to integrate medical insights into campaigns.
• Present medical strategies and campaign results to clients and internal teams.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
