Job summary

MGT Consulting Group is seeking a SVP, Marketing to define and execute a unified marketing strategy across the organization, strengthening the brand, driving revenue growth, and integrating acquired brands. You will lead a distributed team, shape enterprise messaging, and guide digital and AI-enabled campaigns for public-sector clients.

The role requires extensive leadership of marketing across HCM, digital and demand generation, with a focus on aligning Marketing with Sales and pursuing growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership of B2B technology or professional services.
• Proven experience leading brand transformation and M&A integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-wide marketing strategy aligned with growth priorities.
• Lead brand strategy and architecture across acquired and legacy brands.
• Own digital and AI-enabled marketing strategy, including website, SEO/SEM, social media and marketing automation.
• Build demand generation programs and partnership with Sales for pipeline growth.
• Lead public-sector marketing to SLED buyers and events strategy.
