Job summary

HireMinds, LLC is partnering with a global real estate investment firm to recruit a Vice President of Investor Relations. The role offers broad exposure across the organization, collaboration with senior investment professionals, and a path to equity participation.

The selected candidate will drive investor reporting, presentations, and fundraising materials. The position requires senior-level IR experience, strong financial modeling, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in investor relations, real estate finance, or investment banking.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience preparing investor presentations, financial reports, and DD materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage investor reporting, DDQs, RFPs, and institutional communications.
• Prepare and review financial analyses, fund performance materials, and investor presentations.
• Coordinate quarterly reporting packages, annual investor meeting materials, and fundraising documents.
• Analyze investment data to support investor inquiries and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and present investment information.
• Oversee multiple investor-related projects ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and workflows.
