Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Head of Investor Relations in Daytona Beach, FL.

The role reports to the CFO and leads investor relations strategy, external financial narrative, analyst engagement, and executive communications on performance and long-term value creation. The Head of IR partners with senior leadership to reduce information asymmetry, strengthen market confidence, and support a lower cost of capital while driving shareholder value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant advanced credential preferred.
• Public company investor relations experience with earnings communications, annual reports, SEC reporting and investor engagement.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and benchmarking skills.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and investor-facing communications.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, and experience with AI tools.
• Experience with earnings process management and analyst consensus tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the company’s investor relations strategy and equity narrative.
• Lead quarterly earnings process, including earnings release prep and conference call scripts.
• Maintain understanding of financial performance, operating model, and capital allocation.
• Build financial models, benchmarking tools, and market intelligence dashboards.
• Engage with analysts, monitor consensus estimates, and manage investor outreach.
• Coordinate investor events, roadshows, and corporate communications with senior leadership.
• Prepare briefing books and talking points for CFO and executives.
