Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, management science or related quantitative field.
• 6 years of experience in infra investments or related role.
• Proven track record in sourcing and executing transactions in North America.
• Analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience working with investment teams and managing due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute infrastructure investments across sectors such as digital, energy transition and transport & logistics.
• Lead transactions and manage execution processes with commercial judgment.
• Input into business development strategy and implement initiatives to generate opportunities.
• Review and negotiate investment documentation and oversee financial models.
• Represent InfraRed in meetings with vendors, partners, and financiers.
• Mentor and develop Analysts & Associates.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Management Science or related quantitative field
