Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Neenah, WI, seeks a Sr. Vice President of Quality to lead a global quality strategy, elevate quality assurance to a strategic partner role with operational teams, and champion predictive quality engineering through data analytics.

You will oversee QMS design, regulatory compliance, and risk management across sites worldwide, enabling exceptional product quality and customer trust. You will also drive Lean/Six Sigma deployment and talent development to build a future-ready quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline required.
• MBA or post-graduate degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in EMS or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a global quality strategy aligned with Plexus’ goals.
• Shift QA from gatekeeping to strategic business partner supporting operations and regions.
• Drive predictive quality engineering using data analytics to prevent defects.
• Institute globally consistent quality standards and Lean/Six Sigma practices across sites.
• Oversee QMS design and regulatory compliance (ISO 9000, AS9100, TL9000, ISO 13485, FDA GMP) and risk reporting.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical discipline
