Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking a quality professional to help ensure compliance and continual improvement of the Plexus Quality Management Systems at our Neenah, WI site. You will lead and participate in internal and external audits, support CAPA actions, and assist with documentation and process validations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of related experience, strong communication, and attention to detail. ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100 knowledge is a plus. Travel is modest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Audit experience is advantageous for roles involving customer/registrar inspections.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and/or participate in internal and external audits for market sectors, customer audits, regulatory inspections, and registrar/certification audits.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely response and proper reporting to management.
• Contribute to quality system improvements and documentation such as build instructions, device travelers, certifications of compliance, complaints, DMRs, and DHRs.
