Job summary

Liquidia Corporation in the United States seeks a dynamic Senior Vice President, Head of Clinical Operations to lead strategic and operational execution of our expanding clinical pipeline in serious pulmonary and vascular diseases.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with deep respiratory clinical development expertise and a proven track record overseeing multiple programs from early to late phase in the US and globally, reporting to the Chief Development Officer of Clinical.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in clinical operations leadership within biotech or pharma.
• Proven track record overseeing 5+ clinical programs (Phase I–IV) simultaneously.
• Experience leading multi-regional/global trials (US, EU, APAC) from start-up to close-out.
• Deep understanding of pulmonary/respiratory therapeutic areas.
• Strong vendor management, budgeting, and operational governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the long-term vision, operating model, and organizational design for Clinical Operations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team capable of scaling with company growth.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Regulatory, CMC, Clinical Quality, and Commercial teams.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent programs globally.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, dashboards, and metrics to monitor performance and risk.
