Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership with controller-level responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Experience with manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis.
• Government contract accounting knowledge: FAR, DFARS, CAS, DCAA.
• Leadership experience delivering results and building teams.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial data analytics.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a key financial advisor to the CFO and executive leadership on planning and performance.
• Oversee accounting operations, tax, program finance, reporting and internal controls.
• Lead AP/AR, payroll, intercompany accounting, and shared services.
• Manage general ledger, month-end close, and GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis in manufacturing.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, modeling, profitability analysis, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Lead external audits and maintain audit readiness per U.S. GAAP and policies.
• Ensure government contract accounting compliance (FAR, DFARS, CAS, DCAA).
• Develop and monitor indirect rate structures and allocations (overhead, G&A, fringe, service centers).
• Oversee Earned Value Management and support audits.
• Maintain DFARS 252.242-7005 Contractor Business Systems compliance.
• Establish internal controls and risk mitigation, including SOX-style controls.
• Drive system improvements and integration to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and engineering for cost visibility.
• Recruit and mentor accounting/finance teams and promote cross-functional collaboration.
