You will drive deal execution, prepare pitches and memoranda, and perform advanced financial modeling and valuation analyses while collaborating with senior leadership on business development.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of investment banking experience with FIG/insurance exposure.
• Proven ability to lead multiple transactions from start to finish and manage deal teams.
• Strong origination support skills and client relationship development.
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory within FIG.
• Oversee Associates and Analysts; manage deal teams and workflows.
• Prepare and present pitch books, information memoranda, and management presentations.
• Conduct and oversee complex financial modeling, valuation analyses, and strategic reviews.
• Support origination efforts by identifying opportunities and participating in client pitches.
• Expand relationships with existing clients and build new ones in targeted FIG sub-sectors.
• Coordinate due diligence with legal, accounting, and other advisors.
• Stay informed on market trends, regulatory developments affecting financial institutions.
