The role focuses on growing funds through direct response and digital marketing, unifying national and local efforts, and delivering value to affiliates of varying sizes while aligning with PPFA’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience in complex high-volume marketing technology and fundraising systems.
• At least 8 years of leadership experience in federated or chapter-based fundraising models.
• Proven experience managing or integrating direct response/digital marketing programs to drive mass-market revenue.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational shifts between national offices and affiliates.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to mass market fundraising at scale and unify federation-facing activities.
• Develop a cohesive strategy for affiliate engagement, fundraising, and service delivery.
• Oversee the Direct Response fundraising program and digital marketing to drive revenue and donor growth.
• Deliver transformative insights into fundraising strategies, testing novel approaches for donor engagement.
• Create a compelling value proposition for collaborative fundraising and a roadmap for federation fundraising.
• Contribute to the Senior Development Leadership Team to guide the division’s strategy.
