Archer is seeking a Senior Vice President, Infrastructure Engineer to lead the storage engineering team in Lake Mary, FL. You will design and support enterprise-scale block, file, and object storage platforms, driving automation and modernization across the storage ecosystem.

You will collaborate with application, compute, network, cybersecurity, and governance teams to ensure performance, resiliency, and regulatory compliance, while leading strategic initiatives and large-scale platform

Competenze

Extensive enterprise storage engineering experience across block, file, and object storage environments.
Deep SAN/NAS expertise and S3-based object storage design.
Hands-on with Dell PowerMax/VMAX, XtremIO, Pure Storage, NetApp ONTAP, Dell PowerScale, and StorageGRID.
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-vendor storage programs.
Strong scripting (Python) and automation tooling (Ansible).
Experience with capacity planning, performance optimization, and data protection.

Design, implement, and support scalable storage solutions across multiple platforms and vendors.
Lead storage modernization, capacity planning, and regulatory compliance efforts.
Define platform standards and create build and run documentation for global delivery.
Drive automation and operational efficiency using Python, Ansible, and AI-assisted tools.
Collaborate with compute, network, cybersecurity, governance, and operations teams to meet performance goals.
Oversee large-scale technology refreshes, NAS/SAN migrations, and CAS-to-S3 transitions.
