Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field required.
• 7+ years in software development, technology, or product management roles.
• 5+ years leading large cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, operations).
• Experience owning enterprise SaaS platforms end-to-end.
• Five or more years in cloud-native architectures, with AWS preference.
• Three years integrating AI/ML into products, platforms, or workflows with secure implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategy for the Kite platform.
• Lead cross-functional teams across software, cloud, operations, security.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security in AWS.
• Oversee day-to-day technology operations and delivery practices.
• Oversee budget, vendor relationships, and resource allocation.
