Job summary

The St Louis Development Corporation is seeking a Senior VP of Development to lead the city’s real estate development pipeline, engaging developers and investors and ensuring a clear pathway from concept to project execution.

You will drive deal flow, coordinate with City partners, analyze market data, and oversee incentives and cross-functional initiatives. This exempt, full-time role expects hybrid work with regular evening/weekend commitments in St. Louis.

Qualifications

• Experience in economic development, real estate development, or related field.
