AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a strategic SVP, Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer to lead compliance initiatives, privacy program design, and ongoing monitoring across the organization.

This role ensures adherence to CMS/Medicaid and state privacy laws, working closely with senior leadership and the Board. The CCPO will guide regulatory strategy, training, auditing, risk assessment, and enforcement efforts, delivering a culture of compliant operations and robust governance within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree or Juris Doctorate (JD) preferred.
• Certification in healthcare compliance preferred (e.g., CPC, CHC, CPA, CIA, or CCEP).

Responsibilities

• Lead all compliance initiatives and privacy program development.
• Direct regulatory compliance across the organization and with regulators.
• Build a culture of compliance across administrative and clinical operations.
• Report to CEO/President and collaborate with the Board of Directors.
