Humana Inc is seeking an Associate Vice President, Clinical Insights to lead the enterprise strategy for clinical insight products. You will shape the vision, oversee the dashboard for clinical excellence, and guide cross-functional teams to drive measurable performance improvements across care settings.

The role requires deep expertise in clinical analytics, population health, payer data, and executive-level communication to translate insights into strategic actions.

Qualifications

• Proven leader with 15+ years in health analytics or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Create and own enterprise clinical insights vision, mission, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Oversee strategy, QA, and governance of a comprehensive enterprise clinical dashboard.
• Govern clinical excellence dashboard across business units to enable data-driven actions.
• Direct measurement science, stratification and predictive modeling, and provider quality teams.
• Partner with engineering and business leaders to translate measurement into action.
• Lead cross-functional performance improvement initiatives and prioritize interventions.
• Set planning, budgeting, staffing, and talent decisions for the function.
• Contribute to interdepartmental initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy.
