CBRE is seeking a First Vice President (Appraisal Review) to lead the appraisal review process, ensure regulatory and client-aligned delivery, and manage risk within the VAS division. You will guide analysts, participate in leadership discussions, and uphold USPAP compliance while supporting strategic client development.

The ideal candidate has extensive commercial appraisal and review experience, MAI designation, and proficiency in Argus, Word, and Excel, with a strong grasp of real estate

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years commercial appraisal experience and 3 years review experience.
• General State Certification/License and MAI designation required.
• Proficient in Argus, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel; strong writing skills.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret business documents; effective presentations to employees, clients, and public groups.
• Strong knowledge of financial real estate terms and valuation approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Follow the set framework and manage Appraisal Report Review Process per guidelines.
• Participate in leadership meetings and support critical initiatives.
• Handle risk per ERM and QRM policies; maintain confidentiality.
• Promote adherence to VAS Practice Area Guidelines (PAG).
• Identify value with clients, determine methods and techniques for valuing property.
• Research and analyze property data; prepare appraisal reports with reasoning.
• Update knowledge on real estate values and engage in professional development.
• Maintain USPAP compliance and protect information confidentiality.
• Collaborate to support company goals, mentor trainees, and develop client relationships.
