Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
• 10+ years of legal experience with significant leadership in a large public company, financial services, tech, or top law firm.
• Deep expertise spanning technology transactions, privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and commercial contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Services Legal as a senior leader and member of the Legal leadership team.
• Oversee privacy and cybersecurity matter handling with front office and control partners.
• Develop and execute legal strategy for technology transformation, digital innovation, and risk management.
• Advise on AI-related IP issues and licensing, and manage IP enforcement matters.
• Provide strategic counsel on enterprise technology initiatives, cloud, data licensing, and emerging tech risks.
• Lead cybersecurity governance, incident response, and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Guide data privacy strategy, cross-border transfers, and governance with stakeholders.
• Oversee contracting, procurement agreements, and vendor relationships to balance risk and agility.
• Partner with executives on M&A implications, tech investments, and enterprise partnerships.
