H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) Engineer. As a VoIP network engineer on our team, you'll work with Video Voice over IP and maintain a reliable network to support critical missions. This is an opportunity to apply expertise in IP Telephony, naval systems, and cybersecurity while expanding your network engineering skill set.

The VOIP Engineer Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs, customers, and users to learn strategic goals and operational needs that shape network requirements.
• Support planning, acquisition, installation, configuration, and maintenance of telephony network components.
• Resolve interoperability issues across platforms.
• Support acquisition of hardware.

Basic Qualifications

• 10 years of experience implementing and maintaining Cisco VoIP network infrastructure, including racking, cabling, LAN, VoIP, VPN, and network security.
• 8 years of experience managing Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM), voice and survivable remote site telephony gateways, STIGs, encryption protocols, secure telephony including STE and vIPER.
• Ability to configure Cisco routers, switches, and gateways.
• Ability to support trouble tickets and incidents using ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Security+ and CCNP Voice and Collaboration certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ATO package requirements, network architecture, and design.
• Knowledge of analog systems, Definity, POTS, broadband circuits.
• Top Secret clearance.

Clearance Qualifications

• Must have a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
