Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree with five years’ vocational counseling/rehabilitation experience.
• Current CRC and/or IPS Skills Practitioner Certification or within one year of hire.
• Five years’ related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals to discuss career interests, skills, strengths, and job goals.
• Help participants search for jobs, prepare resumes, and practice interview skills.
• Build relationships with local employers and identify job opportunities.
• Connect individuals with community resources that support employment success.
• Provide coaching and support before, during, and after job placement.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and support networks.
• Maintain documentation and track participant progress.
• Advocate for inclusive employment opportunities throughout the community.

Education

Master’s Degree in education, counseling, or social services

Bachelor’s degree + 5 years’ vocational counseling/rehabilitation experience

Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) or IPS Skills Practitioner Certification
