Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with professional experience in vocational rehabilitation counseling and eligibility decisions.
• Experience developing Individual Plans for Employment (IPE) and managing caseloads.
• Ability to apply federal, state and agency regulations in eligibility determinations.

Responsibilities

• Make eligibility determinations for program services.
• Provide counseling and guidance to assess vocational needs.
• Develop IPE and coordinate service delivery.
• Manage caseloads and document activities and expenditures.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure timely case movement and accurate case files.
• Coordinate with doctors, psychologists and other professionals to plan services.
